Vintage & Signed “Pops” Scarborough, from the Outer Banks, Hand Carved/Painted Bird - “Yellow Legs”. "Pops" was a legend in and around the The Outer Banks of North Carolina; in particular, Duck, N.C. He was a gifted artist especially with birds which were sought after when he was alive and rare now that he is gone. This special bird is circa 1990, and the bird is approximately 12 inches tall and driftwood measures approximately 13 inches. The bird is known as "Yellow Legs" for obvious reasons.
